These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Slideshow AI application (the "App"). By installing, launching, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Slideshow AI lets you generate, edit, refine, theme, lay out, and export slide decks with the help of AI models, including a chat-based editor for iterative refinement. Some features require an internet connection; some features, including chat-based editing and image generation, may require a Premium subscription.
You are responsible for what you put into the App and for how you use what the App produces. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, biased, or outdated. Review any generated deck before relying on it for academic, professional, legal, medical, financial, or public-facing use. Do not submit information that is confidential, regulated, or otherwise sensitive unless you have the right to do so.
You must not use the App to create content that:
You retain ownership of the topics, prompts, and edits you provide. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the terms of the underlying AI service providers, you may use the slide content and hero images produced for your decks for any lawful purpose, including personal, educational, internal business, and commercial use. You may publish, print, and distribute exported decks.
The App itself — its code, design, branding, logos, and graphics — is owned by the publisher and protected by copyright and trademark law. These Terms do not grant you any right to reuse the App's own assets.
Slide text and hero images are produced by third-party AI models. Outputs may overlap with content from training data or from other users' generations. We make no guarantee that any particular output is unique, accurate, suitable for a given purpose, or free of third-party rights. You alone decide whether to use or publish AI-generated outputs from the App.
Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID at the price shown
at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing
period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in
Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Partial
periods are not refundable except as required by law. Apple's standard
App Store terms apply to all purchases.
Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
The App depends on third-party AI services. These services may change, degrade, or become temporarily unavailable. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Some features may require a minimum iOS version or a compatible device.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App or any AI-generated content will be accurate, error-free, uninterrupted, fit for a particular purpose, or non-infringing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or any generated content. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to Premium features or to the App if you violate these Terms. Sections 2, 3, 4, and 7 survive termination.
If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to your use of the App, except where these Terms provide different or additional terms. You can review Apple's standard EULA at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligations whatsoever with respect to the App, including but not limited to providing maintenance or support.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the App after the revised Terms become effective means you accept the changes.
